About Us

OUR MOTIVATION

The driving passion of LWC is to create inspiring physical environments that enhance the quality of life in the communities we serve. The firm has long been noted for its creativity. This has been accomplished by successfully collaborating with clients – listening to the needs and priorities of each organization to better serve its stakeholders – and responding with tailored solutions.

OUR SERVICE MODEL

At LWC, we believe in delivering exceptional service through a client-focused, collaborative, and quality-driven approach.

Discovery Through Listening
We begin every project by truly listening. Your program and goals become our primary tool to express the design for your project, guiding our creative process to develop solutions tailored to your unique needs.

Design with Purpose
Once the programming and design is established, we focus on producing comprehensive construction documents. These documents are a critical tool in ensuring your project is delivered on time and on budget. Through rigorous quality control, we minimize disruptions during construction, setting the foundation for a smooth build process.

Excellence in Construction Administration
When the project moves into construction, our experienced construction managers from the construction field step in to lead. They foster strong relationships with contractors and maintain clear communication and focus on their needs during construction to ensuring the project stays on track and aligns with your expectations every step of the way.
