While our design process can result in many different forms based on our client’s unique needs, the process LWC uses to Build It is based on three unwavering goals. Projects must be on time, on budget, and maintain the quality the client expects based on the drawings and specifications. LWC is unique in having Construction Administration professionals on staff whose role is to work with contractors to meet and maintain these three goals and represent our clients’ interest.
