City of Springboro
LWC designed a new 35,000 SF city hall and police complex. The facility houses the city’s administrative offices, council chambers and police department. A priority of the city administration is to offer “one-stop shopping” to citizens for services such as the payment of water bills and taxes, as well as the filing of building permits and zoning applications.
