The renovation/addition successfully met the goals of maximizing the delivery of public services while exhibiting sensitivity to the residential surroundings and preserving the building’s historic character. The 40,000 SF historic building houses the Oakwood City Administrative Offices, Fire Department, Police Department, and Municipal Court.
