Kettering Health Miamisburg

The challenge of this project was to better serve patients through the design of a more welcoming entrance (70,000 SF) and a new physician office building (80,000 SF).

Important goals were to provide a better customer service experience for patients and their families, and to establish a new brand and image within the service area of the hospital.
