Courseview Building B

The building was acquired as part of Sinclair’s effort to meet increasing enrollment and to create a full-service campus in Warren County. The scope of work for the former light manufacturing facility included a renovation of the existing 17,700 SF, and an addition of 4,300 SF. Transformed into an academic building, the facility contains general education classrooms, computer labs, chemistry laboratories, Mental Health Technology classroom, student spaces and a community meeting room.
